We provide complete CCTV and security solutions including IP and analog cameras, NVR/DVR recorders, PoE switches, cables, power supplies, doorbells, smart alarms, and accessories.

How do I choose the right camera for my property?

Consider location (indoor/outdoor), resolution (2MP–8MP+), field of view, night vision range, audio needs, and power type (PoE vs. 12V DC). Email info@visiongrid.store for a tailored parts list.

Do your systems support remote viewing on phones?

Yes. Most NVR/DVR units support iOS and Android apps for live view, playback, and alerts. You’ll just need to enable cloud/P2P or secure port settings per the manual.

Can I mix brands (cameras and NVRs)?

Often yes when using the ONVIF standard, but advanced features may work best when camera and recorder brands match. Check the product page for ONVIF support and tested compatibility.

How much storage do I need?

Storage depends on resolution, bit-rate, number of cameras, and recording mode (continuous vs. motion). As a rule of thumb, 4×4MP cameras on motion at 15fps typically need 1–2TB for ~2–3 weeks.

Do you offer installation support?

We include setup guides and wiring diagrams. For pro installation, we can refer certified installers in select areas—contact info@visiongrid.store.

What is your warranty policy?

New products come with the manufacturer’s warranty (duration varies by brand and item). Keep your order confirmation for claims; we’ll help coordinate service or replacement.

What is your return window?

Eligible, unused items in original packaging can be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Custom-kitted systems, opened software/licenses, and clearance items are not returnable.

How do you handle my data and video privacy?

We only collect data necessary to process orders and support your system. See our Privacy Policy on visiongrid.store. Cloud/app accounts are managed by their respective providers—use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication whenever available.
